To request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact support with your request. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.

Try these steps in order:

1. Force-quit the app and relaunch it.
2. Restart your device.
3. Ensure you are on the latest version of the app (check the App Store).
4. Ensure your iOS is up to date (Settings → General → Software Update).
